While I was reading this short story, I was wondering how Elizabeth (an adult!) would be confused about how old she is. At least, I think I'm twenty five... Am I twenty five? Yes, I think I am. What am I thinking, of course I'm twenty five. At the end of the story, you will realize as I have, why the story is entitled, REALISATIONS
